How are you meant to make money to buy the stuff to fix the apartments up? Plus there doesn't seem to be a lot you can do.

Click the chair in the bedroom to access the computer, click on the symbol in the bottom left of the screen and then click 'check forums', you'll be given 3 jobs to do differing in money earned and how long it takes up in the day. As for content it's a bit lacking at the moment, despite the sandbox you're literally forced in to doing everything in order that the game wants, but it's still early in development so hopefully the dev improves this.

and ya right now theres not much todo but i did notice the dev or one of the coders has added a side event handler to the code (no quests in it yet) so im assuming we shall be getting side activities soon

Can you get the 4th tenant yet, I've fixed up all the apartments, I heard the woman in the clothes shop ask the assistant about accommodation and she told her about the 2 girls that work in the coffee shop living at the apartments, but nothing since then and the help in the phone just says there are no more events in this update.

ya shortly after 0.3 dropped, 0.3.1 dropped after to fix the work not define error so if your game file says 0.3 its outdated

Assuming you have purchased an outlet to replace it with, go into room 1D and look for the outlet on the wall and click on it. Sorry I didn't see this sooner to help you out, come join the Discord for quick answers to questions if you need to.
