I still find it odd that you can't become a hybrid. If that would be the case for normal people I could could get behind that but why is the MC not a exception, I mean he is the CHOSEN ONE. Could be reasonable that he gets all the perks.

How can I do the task of installing a security camera in Emma's house? When I go to Emma's house, nothing happens.

When you enter the house, look at the options in the circles at the right, one of them is the option to install the cameras.

After Priest tells you to install surveilace cams, go to the mall buy surveilace cams buy book (bookstore) surveillance cams
read book wait a few days (I don't remeber quite yet if I installed them on Sunday or if it was Friday both afternoon after 16:00hs) then look at cam at night 0:00 hs.

You don't need to read the book. The book is part of the nurse quest line. Just buy the cameras and go to emma house in the afternoon.
