Agreed. Probably why I like Nicole so much. She seemed to be less... interchangeable with the others.I've seen this VN get recommended a few times so I tried it out. Just did the last playthrough I care to do of this one, and I gotta say... Overall I don't think this VN is anything to write home about. Story was kinda bland, MC was uninteresting and unlikeable, and dialogue was wooden. The most dramatic moment in the VN was a painfully obvious Chekhov's gun and there was no humor or comic relief. Though I did get a kick out the cringey sex banter
Also, it seemed like the Dev didn't really put much effort into making the LI branches all that unique. They have different names, different careers, and different faces but that's where the differences seem to end. Other than a few superficial differences, the LIs are all the same generic girlfriend character. And it really kills it when even the dialogue is the same in each branch. In the end, I didn't settle on a "favorite girl" because they all felt like the same damn character! I genuinely found the side girls like Emma and Nicole more interesting because at least they didn't all share the same lazy dialogue.

This game is about as vanilla as it gets. No incest, very little anal, super lite dom of any kind. It's pretty much a wholesome soap opera with a little porn on the side.
The fact that it's been explicitly stated over and over and over and over and over since BEFORE the last 2021 release (v0.9) came out that she's only a side girl and that that release was her final sex scene didn't clue you in?

Yeah kinda kills it for replay to get a different girl. That's why i like Harem games one and done. Once i play through one time i usually don't go back to play again because it's the same story just different girl. I'm the opposite. Harems, and even throuples, don't do it for me. I prefer each LI to have something uniquely charming about them and develop a chemistry with the MC. So I like it when LIs have separate unique branches and when there are consequences for being a manwhore. I'm a sucker for good romance plotlines and polyamory feels distinctly less romantic and unrealistic to me.
Some of that is also my thoughts and while for me it still felt fairly enjoyable enough if albeit a bit of a bland romp, it could have been absolute top quality with these points addressed in my opinion. The dialogue was unrealistic in quite a few places and poorly matched the scenes, it actually detracted from the game I found. it's a shame we have to wait till the end of the game to see a (slightly) improved version of him. I loved Lisa's final look and yeah even Jade.
