The counterpoint to your argument about lack of interactions with Bianca if not on Jill route is that MC walking in on Olivia and Matthew is a canon event at the Halloween party. Why would it be a canon event unless it's going to come up again on any route? There's also the fact that Bianca is the closest link we have to Lynette, with her Mom being in Lynette's photo. Carla's Mom is on the photo but there's little to no interaction with her on any route so Bianca is the obvious choice to provide the link.

i'm not convinced. It's more like, things going on their own way, regardless of MC, and depending of the Branching he either get involved or not, and if he involved, he get an extended context on that specific path.

As for whether it's important or not that really depends on if Lynette's lineage is important. If it is important then it must be revealed on all routes, which requires Bianca and/or Carla to be involved in all routes, as there's very little interaction with Carla on any route it would most likely be Bianca.

If it was only important on Jill's destiny route then there's no reason why Fuckface wouldn't recognise the house in Lynette's picture and Jill's picture. The only reason to make him that fucking stupid is because he has to make the connection on all routes at the same time, so he needs to see the house in the context of it belonging to the Royce family on a canon route. And to give him information on Lynette Bianca has to be on friendly terms on all routes.

Whether or not Bianca is required to give more information about Lynette through her mother on all routes it doesn't change the biggest clue that there will be future interaction with Bianca on all routes. Fuckface walking in on Matthew and Olivia at the Halloween party is canon, it's a mandatory task rather than an optional task. On any route other than Jill's Fuckface dismisses it as none of his business.

But unless it was something that was going to come up again on all routes there is no reason for it to be canon, it could have been made optional on all routes except for Jill's route. For that reason alone there must be future interaction with Bianca, with Fuckface either accidentally revealing Matthew's infidelity freeing Bianca from her relationship or DPC giving us the option to reveal it or not. The twist in this being if he reveals Matthew's infidelity later on the Jill route after not telling Jill when he found out at Halloween then that is likely to harm the Jill relationship.
