This will be the next-to-last status update for episode 11. After beta testing has started, I'll post the final status update on episode 11.

I won't have much more to report on Episode 11 until then, and I'll let you know the status as soon as I have something to share. I am playtesting the episode but also working on episode 12 development. I won't report on that until after v0.11.0 is released.

The estimate for the animation queue remains unchanged as it's steadily shrinking. Lately, the daily average render count has been somewhat higher than normal. I'd still say February 7-9 holds as the completion date for the render queue, and beta testing will start shortly thereafter.

Episode 11 pre-release details
Episode 11 will be somewhere around ~18.5 GB in size for the full download (likely slightly less; it depends on the remaining animations).

The patch will be somewhere around ~6.3 GB in size. This means the MEGA host won't work without a subscription, but there will be other free hosts for downloading everything upon release, as always.

If you want to patch the game instead of downloading the full v0.11.0 at release, make sure you have an unmodified version of the game downloaded. You can only patch v0.10.0 and v0.10.1. You must download the full v0.11.0 version if you have an older version.

If you're unsure about patching, I recommend you download the full version (18.5 GB), extract it and play - it's that simple.

A reminder: save your game at the end of episode 10, where the game tells you to save to avoid any save game issues when playing the upcoming episode.

Keep backup copies of the previous version until you're sure the new version works for you and your save files.

Here is a preliminary changelog for episode 11.

-- Changelog v0.11.0 --
Added Episode 11 that includes

7113 renders
392 animations
6 2D-art pieces
2 2D-art animations
42 songs
32 sound effects

  • Menus in Brawler can now be closed using the middle mouse button.
  • Improved the text spacing in the Bios app.
  • Fixed a bug where the final free roam event of episode 10 didn't end if you failed the main task.
  • Fixed an issue with money messages staying on screen when fast traveling from the desk area.
  • Fixed a missing image error for an animation.
  • Fixed a bug with the on-screen text message conversation that could happen if a game was saved at specific points during these conversations.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented Envy's events from being added to her Bios history.
  • Fixed a rounding issue with the Happiness % in the Party Planner mini-game that caused a mismatch in % gained or lost during evaluation.
  • Fixed an issue with missing text in the Stats app and Party Planner tab when participating in the CUM-petition in Episode 9.
  • Fixed an issue with the Party Planning mini-game that didn't update the emotes correctly according to the happiness level.
  • Fixed an issue with the episode report of episode 10 that would show a choice that potentially didn't happen for Lily.
  • Slightly increased timer for the English class.
  • Fixed an issue potentially causing a scene with Sage, Maya and Josy to be skipped if the player didn't spend time with Zoey in episode 10.
  • Corrected typos

Good morning DiKs, as the end is in sight and apparently Sancho has gone missing what's the best suggestion to do with a sanchomod game? Full delete, saves delete, use a new mod etcetc

Some are hoping that his save fixer will work for Episode 11, so it plays like an unmodded game. Other than that, best bet is probably fresh install and redo your saves.

Depends how you used it. Unless you are on multiple girl paths I don't think there are many things to bork your game, at least not in the infinite loops level of screwed. If you just use it to add money, win minigames, unlock gallery etc you should have nothing to worry.

Well no, because DPC specifically codes his game to crash upon detection of a mod ever being used
There was talk a while ago that only the scrappymod changes your game in a way it's detected and Sanchi should be fine, but given he's been MIA for a while we don't know.

I though he specifically looks for walkthrough mod variable, forgot which one adds that, Joker, or scrappy? I never had any issue with Sancho' saves and I play the game the second it drops. Like I said, don't touch the routes.

Okay. Okay okay okay. Okay. I need to compose myself. So I don't drown in my own drool, I'm gonna note a few things.

DPC really did Maya no favors by hiding her behind MC and Sage like that. Real dick move for the final preview. Show her face in-between their heads, or move the camera a bit, or pose them differently, or pick a different render from the same scene.

Unless Bella put out her Christmas pillows early, this isn't right after the end of Episode 10. This might actually be Christmas Eve, same night as the Episode 9 opening. Of course, that means there's trouble brewing downstairs... unless that mess was actually made by the girls, and the shadowy figure in the locked room is just MC getting some cleaning supplies :HideThePain:

I'm inclined to agree with others that strip beer pong or some other sexy games are going on. And as for the game of keep away, maybe Bella sicced the girls on MC :sneaky: Maybe they were taking the equivalent of the Halloween group shot, and MC joked about posting it on Rooster. Jill and Bella have consented to let him take some private pics on their paths, and of course this isn't the same thing, but that shows they trust him enough to keep that to himself—especially Bella, since anyone discovering the pictures could ruin her career.

Assuming this is a canon event, I'm curious as to how it would play out with the five different paths, especially Others. Sage is open to sharing, and even gets off a bit from it. MJ would both share with Sage, and Josy likes Jill. Bella and Jill love each other, and of course Jill won't tear up MC's picture if you kiss her on Bella's path so there's some groundwork already. As for the Others path, I would guess it's just a lot of sexy teasing from five girls who still have feelings for MC, although Jill would have the least amount because of how the Crossroads choice works.

My biggest hope for this scene (other than being an orgy, which is sadly unrealistic) is that it is FUN. No stupid bullshit drama, no jealousy, no interruptions, nothing to mar this delicious looking scene. This better not be the equivalent of going to bed "alone" on Halloween, or I will punch someone. And by someone, I mean you. You know who you are

I actually kind of wish DPC made a Rio preview. I still think he could've made it work by showing it's a very obvious flashback (like Halloween, or maybe before we met her and she has no piercings?), and it'd be just as big a troll from him.

All in all, I think DPC is trolling big time. It's not something stupid like a dream or fantasy, but it won't be a Main Girl orgy. As for the exact circumstances, time will tell.
I think you might be a little wrong with your assessment, because this final preview is more indicative of what was written some time ago. I wrote that Josy, Maya, Jill, Isabella and Sage probably won't be at the DIK Panty Party. The reasons are obvious. Josy and Maya don't want to walk around half-naked in front of their brothers.

Jill won't present herself half-naked in front of lots of strangers, considering she has stage fright. Isabella, as a teacher, will definitely not appear at a DIK Panty Party. Sage has personal problems with her parents' divorce.

So what does the preview show us?

The five LIs are having their own party. The MC will be at the DIK Panty Party first and then have to make a decision, just like in EP4. If the MC stays at the DIK Party, he can talk to Josy and Maya or he can go to Jade. The same thing awaits us in EP11. If the MC stays at the DIK Panty Party, he will mess things up with the LIs, but he can fool around with the many "Other Girls". Or we can decide to drive to Isabella in Rusty's car and be with all the LIs, but that will exclude many "Other Girls".

Sancho will not screw your game (unless DPC has added something since the last update of course), but it is possible the saves will not be compatible and you will not be able to open them unless you use the Save Fixer Sancho provided.

I honestly do not know, I always thought it was specifically the scrappy, but I've never been able to get a straight answer, but a above in Milton's pst, sancho put out a save fixer... So it might be his mod borks a file too.

Na it doesn't (let me rephrase that, it didn't on past versions, but it's possible DPC has come up with a way for this release that it will).

EDIT: provided you are using the mod responsibly of course and not adding multi paths to fuck everyone. Then you will be borked.

I remember last time we talked, I said Maya and Josy will not give a shit about Derek and Tommy being at the party. They're getting bolder and more comfortable being in public. If the throuple is going to scurry away and hide just because Tommy is a pouty bitch, they might as well never go to a party ever.
