I am thinking maybe someone extracted the zip file into an older install, and chose skip existing files instead of overwrite existing files.
then re-compressed it. causing a mismatch, a mix of old and new files. before uploading that.

Finally got it, had to replay again but whoever made the walk through is a goatSolves our money problem, btw how to get, add ruby in our harem, option, in my playthrough i didnt get it
