Sandbox mechanism of cafe management is good. It seems interesting to me. Mc gonna took over more business on dom path ?? Next one is hospital ownership ? I hope yes.

I prefer Sandbox mechanism over VN. It is one of the reason i liked this game despite having too many femdom content.
(But the day to day energy limit mechanism is grindy even for me).

After you visited the Hospital two times. Just play the game and you will reach that point.
