You start as a female goddess mummy and stay that way for a way too long quest line AND boss fight.
So the game sets a tone "female with vaginas or female with dicks".
M/M you can forget, it will, if even, only be some side thing maybe 1-4 scenes the most and everytime just with twinkish "males" aka basically females.

Wild life are very poor with a quest line. Carnal are the best. No stupid sandbox thing or update about sandbox everytime like wild life....
