Is there actually any story to this game? Or is it just sex scene after sex scene combined into one game?

Always had an eye on this one, I know its not for me as I dislike multiple penises in sex scenes but the girls are so very very well done and I've loved DK's other games that are more Male MC focused. I just love the sheer variety of girls in this one! I look forward to your next game and glad people are able to enjoy this one.

One reason is legal requirements I guess.
I.e. in my country, the official definition of CP also includes drawn or rendered stuff "that don't allow the determination if the shown person is of legal age without(!) further information." Strictly speaking, a note at the beginning of the Game is not enough.
Or in other words: As much as I like DumbKoala's Work, basically I'm actually making myself liable to prosecution playing it.
I know that other countries have similar laws, in particular in europe, and for a Dev the risk is much higher (Production > Distribution > Consumation) , so I could understand a corresponding caution.
That's crazy and dehumanizing to girls with petit bodies LOL. I didn't know how bad it was in some countries
