Wish I still had your optimism. This isn't this first time I've seen a game go through this pattern. Even if someone provided screenshots of the "work" being done, that wouldn't change my mind, as Ive seen that used as a delaying tactic repeatedly as well.

It's a shame the game is in the state it is in right now. Version 0.21 or so was really really good. But the last few updates have enshitified it really badly. The in game clock was screwed up and wastes your time now. The UI was horrificly butchered and now text routinely falls of the screen. And the godawful "vn beeping", which is just differently pitched Midi boops that need to be torn out of the game or disabled with a mod.

Usually, the dev doesn't make their game this unappealing to play before leaving it in limbo. That's a new one to this project.

He regularly releases "bug hunter" builds, but I think those are just for people on his Subscribestar. I'm also a supporter on there, but I don't care much for bug hunting. I just wanna enjoy the completed game.

While I wouldn't call two bug hunter builds in 8 months "regular", that is a lot more than other projects that have fallen into similar ruts. Though I worry that they're pulling a YanDev by "fixing bugs" rather than actually creating content.

Thanks for sharing though, it does make more slightly more optimistic that this might come back. Though, I will not be holding my breath.

Correction: He just decided to blow everything into one "Big Update".

He's "preparing something big."

He even livestreams the progress here and there on his Twitch channel. (Yes, he has facecam on, don't go there if you are not a fan of face reveals like me.)

If y'all are interested I've been working on a few of the more annoying bugs that I've found myself. Honestly, the game was so unplayable that I spent more time fixing than playing.

Overwrite your game/script.rpa with my version if you would like to play without the following bugs:

• Choice buttons not fitting on the screen
• Unable to change the volume of the character voices
• Garden doesn't show in the living room manor
• Fonts WAY too big for the buttons and in general

I will now start playing the game and fixing any more bugs that I find. I may have missed one or two in my list but I will add to it if (when) I have to fix more problems.

Most of these problems are just fixes to make the game playable for me. I thought someone else might enjoy the game more without the issues.

My adwice: DONT PAY HIM ANYTHING - look at his subscribestar. His goal is 10000 US$ pr month. That wil be around 3/4 of a million danish kroner in a year. Wonder what he earned by working. I only see the game as a money scam!

it's the main progression for the school where you meet 3 of the student's mother to gain approval. It's been awhile since I last played but iirc you need to talk to headmistress and set up appointment with them (might need to level your influence(?)).

I'm stuck where Dhena is in the cave and it says I need magical backup, but all I can do with the witch is tell her her hat is missing, her cottage and the other spot she's supposed to be at aren't present yet. Anyone have an idea what I need to do?

edit: apparently I was looking in the wrong place and progressed the magic lessons to the point where Lyx was able to join me, there's no real indication of when this happens so I dunno what level i was at that made it work

Unfortunately, when I tried to call the twins' mothers, I only received the buttons to go to the mansion or have sex. At what level of love is this possible? Because both have lvl 4 of love.
