Make her put on the old uniform then the next day change to the new uniform then the next day make her naked with the lvl 2 naked option.

Yes I am sure there is no lvl 3 naked option, it took me 3 weeks to figure that out in game.
Lvl 2 naked work for me.

is it just me or is the keyboard commands not working? only the ctrl works, any other keys dont. e.g. F5 & F4, W

Have you checked the 'settings' icon at the top of the screen.
You can turn 'Dreams' on and off - like the Femdom

Also v.9.2 has bugs in it and you should update to v.10.1 now before you get any further in the game.
As for Amy you don't want her until you get all events but for 1 finished and if you want the "Chores" done to 100% do them before Amy arrives also.

For me I got it unlocked when she did not show up when I woke up and sent her to clean then the choice for what lvl showed up.

A nice release again. I am a bit sad that we didn't see the old petsuit of Emily Chloe anymore, but I do like that we can continue her training.
After finishing everything I can't spank Amy anymore if she did something wrong, it automatically always goes to the corner time event. Is this how it should work?

It's a bug. It will be fixed in the next patch (release today or tomorrow). To be able to spank her again in the current version you have to give her the punishment while she's NOT in interior, after that she should be waiting for her spanking.
