I think that only works for strictly Female MC games and NTR only games I get where you are coming from, but a lot of people would be put off with that playing as a male MC I don't fancy the idea of a romantic partner going off to explore her needs only interested in that when it's with the MC only.
All those are "male protagonist" games. I'm sure there are some good games with a female MC. You'll definitely find a lot of them where the MC is just dumb and gets exploited or blackmailed, but there should be some games with a decent plot.
If I had any idea how to make a game I would write one with a female MC working as a stripper, with the many temptations and choices to be made.
Somebody mentioned some game called sugar daddies earlier in this thread that would seem like it might fit your criteria, but I know nothing about the game, myself. Might be worth a look for you.

If you are really interested, ren'py isn't that difficult to learn (the basic stuff at least) and there are a lot of tutorials that can help you out. The renders are a different story though... I tried out DAZ at some point, but it seems way too time consuming for my taste. That's why a lot of people are using honey select or koikatu.

I won't play any path were you share D with guys. I'm just saying they seem rushed or even forced to me. The fact that you can play the whole game with just the MC and D and then suddenly she wants to fuck other guys for "reasons" doesn't make any sense with everything happened before. I know you can ignore them, but like I said you can play the game as a "loyal" MC and still go to these paths because she watched interracial porn or a photographer took a topless picture of her, where he wasn't suppose to actually see her topless.
