Just tape DFD on youporn.. All the video series of the game are there whit the final chapter since months.. Because it's a linear game no choice dont care about if it's on youporn or whit a download, it's exacly the same n the screen. And youporn it's free for all even for Palmer

So first you're wrong, and Palmer has indeed stated that Ch.19 would be released "soon". Z also said it would be released "in a few days" nearly a week ago now. Secondly, you call me a "little bitch" for fairly criticising a developer for not releasing something free in a timely manner when that was promised.
Criticism of anything is allowed, be that the content of the game or the free release schedule. If you can't handle me "slamming" Palmer, then I feel really bad for you pal, but I will not tolerate personal fucking attacks.

I am aware of those and I do think they're a good alternative for people who get tired of waiting but still don't trust Palmer or think the game is worth $10. Pity the guy reading the dialogue in some of ones I saw didn't have a smoother voice, but it can always be muted. Exactly, no date was given, nothing was given. Nothing was said either. We had the Ch.19 delay get longer and longer with no reason given, no ETA given, no communication at all, even on the announcements tab on Discord. You really think people are gonna be happy about that? Of course we could always take your stance of "shut up and deal with it, it's coming whenever it does" but there was honestly no guarantee of that, because as I said, there was no communication.
Palmer knows he fucked up too, because why else would he offer the epilogues free with Ch.19 out of the blue otherwise? It's him acknowledging that and him trying to make amends with his fans who've waited for a game he promised.
Oh and please don't patronise me by saying I "whined". I harshly criticised at worse, along with some others who were sick of the delay. Saying I whined makes you look petty and thin skinned.

That was before we decided to include every single epilogue that was released online monthly for patrons after DFD19 was done, into the free online/offline version that you guys will be getting. The release will still be as soon as possible. We made that late decision mostly because of the negative feedback left here on the forums, for those of you who are ignoring everything else we released for free while waiting for DFD19 free.

We are extremely proud of what's being done with DH, the new engine, the new project we've shown screenshots of, and the alpha release of Stranded with her, not to mention our work with Steam. But hey, can't please everyone, and that's totally okay

Hi can someone tell me if this game has a happy ending(s)? I see a lot of conversation about Amanda starting to hate you in later chapters. Can you fix that relationship? I've played through chapter 5 and I like this so far but honestly I'm going through some stuff right now and I don't think I can handle a sad ending. On the other hand something happy would be really welcome. I don't really care too much about spoilers so just let me know. Thanks

Thee free version will include the cheat codes to get the happy ending with each girl, without you having to replay a multiple of chapters.

So, you admit that you intentionally delayed it?
No one is ignoring the other free stuff. But there's a vital question to be asked about why other stuff became the priority when DFD was the first game out. Logic would dictate that it would get its free releases first. Instead, the focus moved on to DH before DFD had been completely released for free.
And again, you tried to argue with me earlier in this forum that the free releases of other games had nothing to do with DFD.
EDIT: It was Stranded with Me not DH, but the free release of another game still affects the release of DFD, despite it being released first, unless you're going to argue DH affects it but not SwM, which evidently isn't true.

Thanks. I appreciate you taking the time to reply (and make this game!). I was less worried about multiple endings and more "can I play this through to the end and end up generally happy with someone and my daughter not hating me?" if that makes sense. I understand there is going to be conflict along the way and you might have to make some tough decisions, I just want the possibility of coming though it with a feel good ending (not that there is anything wrong if that's not the case, it's just what I'm looking for right now). It sounds like I can, is that right?

I have explained on several occasions why this was the way we went, please read it. I believe I also told you it doesn't matter what I'll say because it won't change your opinion, and I'm not even trying to. But we've obviously crossed a threshold here where it's impossible to have a good conversation anymore. And I'm not going to spend more time on that. You are figuratively hell-bent on this one specific thing, and that's your prerogative of course. We each focus on different things. I would have opted for positive/negative feedback so we could make future games better. To each his own. Thanks again for your comments.

You can absolutely change my opinion by being transparent. But any time there's an opportunity to answer a question you either make vague promises or contradictory statements (see the post I linked).
Your phrasing sounds like you're saying that you made the decision to delay the game because of the negative feedback, and later made the decision to add in the epilogues. And I'm asking why make the decision to delay DFD Chapter 19 in the first place?What on earth are you on/on about?
As far as I can see it, you either switched priorities to DH, in which case, I'm asking why make that decision?
The other option is that you simply did it to squeeze more money out of patreons, which requires no explanation.
Frankly, if you made the decision to delay DFD chapter 19 so you could include the epilogues why not simply say that when you announced the epilogues themselves? Tell people that DFD would be further delayed so it could all be bundled together. You don't think we'd understand and accept that if you told us that several months ago? But you just said it was a late decision, so that clearly wasn't always the plan.
I mean I'm not just slinging insults at you, I'm posing valid questions about the game and the delivery structure. If you are digging in your heels and deciding you have nothing to learn from this situation, that's on you.

That sounds like you're saying "AHA! You asshole! You delayed it on purpose just to screw us over because you hate us! You're a big fat liar!", at least to me. Kind of like "so, do you still beat your wife?" - you can't win by answering. No means you used to beat her, and yes means you still beat her, when the reality is you never beat her.
The reality is the release is delayed, but it's delayed to add in more stuff. I'd rather have Episode 19 + epilogues in a little while than Episode 19 without epilogues now.
Now, Palmer could be more transparent and let us know what's going on (and get better at project management, and provide release estimates), but us leeches aren't paying him, so we need to take the handouts he gives us. "Please sir, may I have some more?"
