Yeah, I get the overall logic (and agree that Joyce wouldn't really suit a super goody-two-shoes playthrough), but would maybe suggest a bit more leeway in the points requirements. Sometimes you can pick up or lose e.g. a
karma point for fairly minor reasons, so having a character's branch depend on a single point seems a little much.
She says on day 2 that she is going to get rid of them as soon as she can get an appointment at the hairdresser's, so I'd say we've had plenty of warning.
Btw. playing through the last bit and the above still applies: On the date with Leah on day 4, the MC tells her he saw Sarah naked no matter if he did or not (line 2310 in 004).
Nice work hunting all that down, especially the whole Naked Sarah Conversation goof. I totally missed it when you first announced that. Anyway, all those are resolved. They'll be included in 0.05.3 once we finish a handful of remaining issues. With any luck, that'll be the last of the 0.05.x releases. Thanks for the super sleuthing!
A very welcome addition for those of us with a shitty memory for names (hello!), esp. when picking a game back up after an update. I would suggest losing the purple background though and just making it transparent: Aubrey's hair in particular doesn't mesh too well with that solid block of colour. A solid colour background covers more of the image and the colour may not always fit the tenor of the scene too well.
I would test the transparent look if I had the assets for it, but I don't think ReturnOfPoncho is in the mood to redo all of those images just yet. I tried deleting all the purple to alpha, but the end results were less than stellar. If we do try out a change like that, it'd be in a future update. For now, we'll see how big pink feels when we get around to playtesting 0.05.3.
It's just that this information could also be shown in the game in a completely different way, for example in the form of these two just simply talking to each other about it, and not immediately we have to see the scene where this information appears and they are fucking, it doesn't surprise me that many people don't like it (me too) because this sex scene is not about the MC and most people like me play these games to see the MC in sex scenes and not other NPC without MC participation who are neither partners for the MC nor potential LI.
Actually, that's not entirely accurate. I'm sure there are people who aren't thrilled by it, but also there are a lot that don't mind it at all. And you're replying to a quote that was in response to a different user on this site causing a major drama that didn't need to happen. And I'm sorry, having the two character just talk about it lacks any kind of impact. You don't like it and that's cool. We all have our different tastes.....it isn't going to dictate how I write the story. Too many games out there are pretty much the same. Most follow a very simple formula. Sure, there are a few making thousands of dollars a month from patrons using that very simple formula......but kinda feels like it insults people as well......and most of the stories in those games, don't do anything for me. I just find it funny.....you guys are playing a porn game but don't like seeing porn, lol. While maybe you don't play a game that shows a sex scene without the MC, lots of others do. I can totally appreciate your point of view and I certainly get it.....but like I said, it isn't going to change how I write the story.
Of course it's your game and you can do it any way you want, and I only just expressed my opinion and in no way meant to pressure you to change anything in your game, but reading other comments here I'm not alone in it, because if someone sees the tag "romance" next to a game like in the case of your game they rather expect actually some kind of plot where this romance between MC and available LI will take place, and so far unfortunately in your game you show mostly scenes of other NPCs having sex with each other, and scenes of even potential LIs having sex with each other without the participation of the MC, and the MC so far actually looks like he only has a chance for at least a one-night hook up and not for a real romance with one of the available LIs.
Other than the Charlene/Sergio scene, Kelly/Harris scene and Aubrey/Sabrina scenes .....3 singular scenes and kind of half of a scene because Aubrey never reciprocated in that morning scene if you chose to keep Sabrina in the room......what are the other scenes being shown where other NPCs are having sex more than the MC? The MC has scenes with Joyce, Rachel, Mac, Leah, Renee and Sheena....plus a little bit of a romance scene with Aubrey when they're outside to start that rolling on Day 5(And if you read the dialogue between Sabrina and Aubrey, you would know there's a chance for the MC to be involved there if that's what the player chose)....You're statement is inaccurate when you say "and so far unfortunately in your game you show mostly scenes of other NPCs having sex with each other." If you read the story along with viewing, there's a reason why those 3 scenes are being shown. By the way, with "romance", there are two date options on Day 4 to set up those lines if the player down the line if the player wants to go that route. Your comments pretty much tell me you haven't read much of what's said in the game.....and that's cool. I get it...a porn game, you want to see action.....but there's only 3 actual sex scenes that don't involve the MC, yet move the story forward. Not everyone is like you. Not everyone is like me or the people reading this. I appreciate your opinion, but I don't know what to tell you because you're complaints really don't match up to what's actually there in the game. I mean, you literally have 4 possible romance lines to this point so far. So what exactly is your issue? Are you meaning romance lines aren't open to the ones that you want to pursue? That I can totally understand and some changes will be made in the next update. Maybe something is getting lost in translation on what you're trying to mean and if so, I apologize for me trying to understand what you're trying to say....because again, the complaints you listed are just inaccurate.
