Hey, he's right - some of your stuff is confusing. 10-11 is really 8-11? Saves from week 1 work, but you have to copy them over to a different save directory, without instructions?

Not to mention the DM patch. How many people have issues installing it correctly? Whoever makes it should include instructions, with troubleshooting for the common problems (not turned on, no images -> patch installed incorrectly). The included readme is mostly RedCat's banner , which makes it hard to grok. Plus the patch has unnecessary items in it - the game folder, the cache folder, and script_version.txt. The patch should consist of archive_dm.rpa, patch.rpy, and a well-written readme that says "This patch is for Day 8-14 alpha. Do not use it on any other version. Put archive_dm.rpa and patch.rpy in the 'game' folder. Then turn on Dark Mind by <instructions>. <Talk about preferences>. If you get no images in DM scenes, then either you didn't install the patch correctly or you installed the wrong patch".

So I am FINALLY playing it again for the first time in ages. Didn't have enough space, but... Well, a folder corrupting suddenly left me with 200gb I didn't have before, so the silver lining to losing a huge porn folder is having enough space to get the entirety of ecchi sensei. Last I played was only to day 6, before day 7 was out, before it was all one big packaged thing.

Anyway, to the point. So Fuyu showed A LOT of signs of literally being a mind reader, psychic. I am curious if any confirmation has been done now that it's up to day 14, or if it's just stayed at 'hinted'. I just met her again for the first time on this new playthrough, and looking forward to her creeping me out again with her mind reading hints.

edit: Good god, first scene in the classroom and she's ALREADY showing signs of it. Damn, now that I am looking for them early, I am seeing there was more than I even thought.

What you played was the Alpha of days 12-14 which had some issues, as is normal with Alpha's since they are early builds. What was just released now is the Beta for days 12-14 which should contain much the same content (their might be some new stuff but I would have to check the changelog to know for certain) as the Alpha but should have fixed many of the issues, particularly the bigger issues as is normal with an actual beta (unlike those "betas" that many AAA games do nowadays that are really just demos).

To be fair, many AAA games are being released in what would traditionally be considered a beta state (i.e. feature complete, but there are still a lot of bugs to quash and optimizations to make), so their "betas" are in a beta state. The only problem is that that is only because the release candidate is too

Hey, sorry if this has already been answered. I didn't see it in the FAQ. Did you guys manage to remedy the issue where your last few days (6 and 7 I believe?) had to be auto generated because of how you changed the save system in 8-9 onwards? I would love to pick up this game again after not playing it for so long.

there are some files missing even if you extract the game files blue cat will need to bring out a patch for the missing files cause you get errors without them

When Ren'Py is launched, it compiles all the rpy files into rpyc files. Typically when a dev ships the game, the rpys are removed, and just rpycs are shipped. The rpyc contains everything the game needs to run.

You can use UnRen to decompile the rpycs back into rpys if you want to look at the code.

The first error shows that it can't extract unrpyc.py. It either doesn't like the path (make sure the path only has normal characters in it) or your unren is corrupted. The path does look like it has some odd things in it.

You don't need the rpys to run if you have the rpycs.

BTW, it's better to copy/paste that as text than take a screenshot. It's easier to read, and can be copied/pasted/manipulated better than an image.
