In EratohoTW a character refuses to have second child saying rasing more children would be impossible. Is there any way to have their consent or any other way besides sleep or time rape?

is there a way to change the behaviors of npcs in public use? Dudes are legit pissing and farting on each other GODDANM
I prefer to keep the watersports. I'll turn off the male on male in the hopes that the nobles will resist pissing on each other.
Are there other settings/games like this? I don't get most of the (this is an anime/manga setting right?) references in the game and it leaves me a biiit confused.

That's a vague question and my knowledge could be outdated, but I'll try to address it to the best of my ability. If you just want to know a character's immediate area, you can interact with certain shrines and NPCs, such as Momiji, to find out what map area they're currently in. NPCs that are in the middle of traveling won't be detected until they arrive at their destination.
If you mean to regularly interact with an NPC, most characters generally have a home and work schedule. You can learn where they live and work (Only a handful of them work away from home) if your favorability is high enough. Using your knowledge of their work and sleep schedule, you can visit the characters at specific places and time. Keep in mind that characters living in different map areas to you can and will travel to other areas in their free time.
When you gain enough favorability and intimacy, you can invite characters to follow or visit you. They'll usually hang around until they need to work or go sleep. If they don't have to work that day, they'll hang out until they're tired.
If you have or live near a shrine, you can pray to have one specific character visit you the next day. I think it costs a small aount of money, but they're more or less guaranteed to visit if they're awake and not busy, but will also attempt to come back after they finish work or sleeping. It's especially useful for characters that don't have a fixed home or work schedule. Keep in mind that some characters are nocturnal, so you'll need to adjust your sleep schedule if you plan to spend a significant amount of time with them.

I got pretty bored and ran out of porn category game to play. Those that caught my eye are still in developer sooo I begin to finding these game dat remove everything else except gameplay. surprisingly, this pretty hard game and very interesting. remind me of Nobunaga no Yabō but what if THERE NO CENSORD A+ RATING Anime Japan only game.

This game varies greatly from eraTohoK as it is more of a sandbox Gensokyo dating sim.
The translators have put some serious effort into this game.
I can't really understand the draw of it, but many prefer it over eraTohoK.

Wish more people would grow to appreciate these kind of text only games. There is a very similar set of games by the circle Gentou Maten Rou, but sadly, they're all in Japanese. I posted a translation request thread but nobody has taken interest in it so far. So I hope that if people really like this game they would check that one out as well.

I'm pretty sure people would appreciate more text-based games if there were more of them that were good and also in english.

I'm sure most people would appreciate anything that was good and accessible. I feel like the bigger reason is that text-based games aren't largely in demand is because there's a lack of cultural interest in it. We live in a generation where visual arts is much more dominant than literary arts when it comes to profits and popularity. You can see it in social media like Reddit. People are more likely to upvote pictures, videos, memes, or even screenshots of text than text-only posts in any given subreddit. While there might be some overlap between people who like text-based games and non text-based games, games are much more likely to draw interest by simply adding visuals.

Alternatively, it's actually harder to make an interesting text-based game than it is to throw together some screenshots from DAZ/Poser/HoneySelect and copy paste "and then they fukkt" a 100 times.
It's really not that nobody is interested in text-based games, it's that there aren't any good ones.
There's like 1.5 translated Era games, Lilith's Throne and...that's it.
