Just tried downloading but my Security Software flagged up the TR/BAGLE.ZIP Trojan. So beware.

Need more information. I get problems with Mixdrop every time I try dl's from there.

My software scanned it and found no problems. I've had false-positives before with some AVNs a couple of times.

I'm not having any issues on my end either, but I know that some cheap antivirus programs can mistakenly flag Ren'Py games. I've been told it's due to the logs feature, which requires access to your computer data, and those cheap antivirus programs often misinterpret that as a virus.

I wonder how Mega works because I read a lot of people complaining about it, when it's always the one I find the fastest and most stable. And I'm not a paying customer.
I can only assume their CDN favours me but has a bottleneck for others, I guess.

Think it just means the final instalment of episode 16.

It is just the last part of episode 16, as there was a part 1, part 2, and now the final part, you can see this in the changelog. Episode 12-13-14-15 followed a similar pattern having "final" in the episode name.
