Considering this recent news I figure its only fair I pop back in for a second to give Colress and the old mod team a good ol "I told you so" in case they still follow this thread. Well, you wrong about it. In fact, it's Golberg's emulator and he/she is the only hacker in the world who cracks Denuvo.
Because, and I'm revealing one of the big secrets, Golberg is Empress (she uses this as a family name/pseudonym).
But it really doesn't worth the time/effort/money to crack now in current state of this "game".

Not a Steam/Denuvo emulator, the game is always online and everything is tied to Helius servers. Even if you cracked Denuvo the game would still be a brick because it couldn't access the servers. The dude who wrote the original server emulator was in this thread but got hired by Helius apparently and left.

This game has been appearing as "coming soon" on Steam for many months to a year now, so don't keep your hopes up too high.

And Golberg has nothing in common with Conquistador (I believe that's name of guy) crack. Maybe he cracked some version before 0.49, but Kirito uses not his, but Golberg's server emulation.
If somebody cracks Denuvo, there is no problem to continue use this server emulation.

There is just one problem, a new server emulator would need to be written because old one probably won't work. But before that denuvo needs to be cracked and currently no one in the world is interested in cracking it, besides that guy who is obsessed with cracking football manager games.

I doubt simply removing denuvo will make game magically work with current latest emulator in this thread, it was called kiritomod I believe.

Goldberg is a Steam emulator.
Kirito won't work with the latest version of the game, Helius changed a lot of things, so yes, a new emulator is needed.
And of course someone has to crack Denuvo.
