I wrote about it on the DM website in spring/early summer, leaving two big posts with suggestions for Monica's future fate. Here's one of them (I posted the other one here earlier).While I agree with your opinion ... It leads to the question what content can follow afterwards.

The main fetish in the game is to humiliate the arrogant, narcissistic and willful Monica. I don't know how to achieve this by making her sell ice cream and balloons to children and kiss under the moon. The humiliation can be moral, but there's already enough of that in the game (in my opinion). And it's time to move on to practical activities. In terms of the Slums storyline, she's already hit rock bottom (in the last update). What's next here?
On the main Office/Photoshoots storyline, there are too many options so far (photo shoots, investors, possible explicit porn photo shoots) and if DM doesn't drag it out, players will enjoy the experience.
The VIP Escort is fine too, you can come up with enough humiliations for the position Monica has achieved there.
On Victoria's path - there's plenty of opportunities to humiliate Monica, Melanie and Stephanie, you just need to develop this branch more actively and not be distracted by plots with uninteresting characters like Greta or that guy from the department (can't remember his name).
Bar Shiny Hole also has a lot of potential, but needs real progression (introducing gloryhole into the game, having Monica work out her duties, etc.)
After all, I'm not the developer here, the DM is. I can only suggest something I like.

Well... after their porn career debut... and getting worldwide famous... they try to get back some dignity by getting into mainstream movies...with lots of private castings... where producers/directors/TV hosts... abuse them for them to get roles and exposure... of course, all those movies are B-movies and turn out to have little sucess... Send Monica to the Crossroad location (daytime), there you will see a client standing in front of the prostitutes. Click on his figure and the scene begins.
Guys i've unlocked the gallery via the achievements thing, but i cannot play the scenes? What's changed? It used to work fine....

Apparently, this method no longer works for scenes from update 7. It didn't help much before, because to open scenes in the gallery you have to have several different save files + a persistent file with corresponding entries in it that unlock achievements and actually open scenes in the gallery.
It worked fine until update 7 for me. This time it unlocks the pictures, but they don't have a blue outline and i can't replay them. I can still do it for all the others, just not the new ones.

If you read the previous pages, you will see that several players have this problem. The gallery opening mechanism has probably been changed by the developer. The problem is that even a normal fair playthrough of the content of version 7 doesn't allow you to open the scenes in the gallery. The scene icons become visible but, as in your case, are not framed or clicked. I hope the developer will release a patch to fix this bug.

Hardly worth the effort to create a patch for the gallery to replay the scenes from ep7. Were any scenes this update worth replaying?
