There are a couple of scenes where you can use the pills.
In the 'Hide the Towels' Bathroom scene,
HIDE THE TOWELS
come back the following hour.
ENTER THE BATHROOM
Melinda asks you to get more towels
---> WHEN YOU GET THE TOWELS and GO BACK TO THE BATHROOM <---
the option "try linda pills then knock" appears.

you can either use cheat mod for this or do it from console manually:
lpillpr=99
lpills=99
