I can't do it. I don't want to watch the same still-scene over and over in order to see a new slightly different still-scene. Over and over... I don't have porn nostalgia, very rarely do I ever watch the same video more than once.
Now in a animated game with RNG, that takes skill and not just mashing your space bar or wearing your mouse button the-fuck-out, I can repeat tasks to complete a grind. A picture with text that repeats every so often... no thanks.
Think about the waste of paper this VirtualNovel/Comic would be if it were printed, lol. So much reprinted shit every week. You could create a weekly edition for it and each week would be the exact same pages with the same text and every other week(who are we kidding, every other month) a couple pages would be added with a very slight change in text on the previous page.
This is like the weeks of episodes for the build up of the Goku and Freeza battle. They just stand/hover there, maybe next episode someone will attack...
I can't do it. I certainly won't support the creator of this or a repetitious grindy equivalent game that makes me feel like I'm being strung around by my wallet and blue balls. I've played it(50%) and if I had been a patreon it would have been only for that first download. It's unfortunate, a lot of the renders are well done.
Played 6.9, read the 7.0 changelog... IDGAF
I'm not totally on board with how some games like Milfy City do it(progression, disappearing characters, yearly update
) either. But at least in Milfy you can replay the goddamn scenes(and it has animations!) and "obsessive repetition of the same events" is not required to progress. FotM is Obsessively repetitious!Rant over. I wanted to like this game.
