Not sure, there are multiple scenes with roses, that's why I asked for the image name so I can use that to locate it with GREP and figure out how to trigger it.

V12 is part of "Chapter One", V13 is the begining of "Chapter Two".
There is small gap between Between One and Two were William goes to have an op on his arm.
(V13 Follows V12, But there has been some changes to the game engine,
Therefore you may need to adjust your gameplay.)
