Most people don't care about Ann, or Melina's sister getting in on the action because ultimately they're not competition for Daniel. Jax and the guy whose name I've forgotten were or are competition. Jax rapes her, she clearly starts to enjoy it, the scene repeats and she enjoys it more. Eventually it could have reached a point where she avoids sleeping with Daniel because she gets off more on Jax and his giant pile of racist stereotypes. That would be NTR. It wasn't NTR yet and there is no NTR in the game, but there was the option of it wandering that way. That said it's a netori themed game, so people should be a little less sensitive since Melinda is already cheating on her husband with Daniel.
