Depends on how you define "family" if your thinking it was changed for Patreon, it wasnt... They are literally NOT his daughters by blood, the wife was a pathetic whore. But he did raise them as his own, before he found out the truth he did consider them his daughters (still does going by his though bubbles).

So its up to you whether knowing they arent his biological children you can still consider that incest or not...
