Already kind of figured there was not much difference in content depending on choice this route. Beat you with the edit.
Also I have to say, as someone who frequents TFGamessite, I'm quite liking the temporary gender change element. Though also coming from and seeing a new NTR scene was added I expected it to somehow involve Cassandra in some way, like usual. Not just allowing you to see Luna pleasure Ramsey in the cell.

As most Ren'py games you can simply save or scroll back using the mouse to see different outcomes.

First, interrupt the rapist and kick his butt. When the aliens board your ship try to attack one of them when the option comes up. You'll get knocked out. When you wake up they explain that the fat guy who got the dick enlargement was taken along with the rapist, who was forced to take the transformation drug first. The MC remains untouched except for the black eye.
I interrupted the dahlia rapist, I fought the aliens getting myself knocked out and I still got turned into a girl after getting stabbed I didn't read the text to see if anything happens to the fat guy but these instructions did not lead me to avoid being transformed.

We have to be talking about different events, at the end of the game you get turned into a girl/share the body of the witch.
None of the events you mentioned has changed this outcome for me so I have to assume this is the genderbend futa scene or something with the alien queen and not the witchdoctor end.
