It probably doesn't need to (usually the dev posts them to LewdPatcher before the the game gets posted here) as this doesn't add a whole lot, if there isn't any content that "needs it" then it wouldn't need to be updated.

Yes, you should probably skip it or try it, dev says can be avoided. But the whole story is about "Futa" in the world and how they got changed (you even have UNI class teaching about futa etc) into them, not all are but most are. The main interest is a hot girl, but she has a pecker

Is the update .31 the two sauna interactions or more because its telling to progress further in the story rather then end of content.

Well yeah, the changelog said as such, did you expect a big update? It's only been a little under 4 weeks since the last update, which was the major update.

I expected at least a wortwhile character getting content
Not some side character like the sauna girls that have barely any worth in the game besides being there to fill up some space and they barely do anything wothwhile

I'm pretty sure he said he didn't have to time to add it in in v3.0 before release and said he would release it a bit later with some fixes and translations.

No worth it. This update have a laptop shop visit, Massage teacher, few scenes in Sauna that is it.
