On itch.io it must be the free version while on the patreon it's the next free version you'll find on itch the first of january.

Paid Version (patreon) Offers "Cheats, Gallery (Dreams) and 1 month early access", which Public Free Version don't have.
itch has both Free and Paid version, so depends.
GravGrav might know more since I think He pays for the paid version.
I do, yes. And that's exactly how it works. And then there's the Early Viewing version that gives an additional 1/2 to 2/3rds of a month further in advance, depending on when that's done during the month (between the 8th and the 15th, usually).

Just checked the Dec free version, there's an option to check "your Progress" everytime you go to bed, a tracker of all events you did (white) / yet to be unlocked (Green). But you can Not review any of them, and it doesn't really tell you how to unlock each of them.
Is this the Dream you were talking about?
Or paid version actually has a "Gallery" that you can check and re-visit all events?
No, the progress checker seems to be a new feature implemented because people didn't know what events they had done with what character. So while the wiki is detailed on what to do, people didn't know what step they were on. With the checker, you can cross-reference with the wiki now and hopefully be less lost.
As for Dreams, that is an option that happens when you go to bed as well and it specifically is a list of the game overs you've done. It lets you replay those in particular. So not all events, just the game overs. It's the full scenes though, with text and images, not just an image gallery.

So much work for playing a Porn VN... so what, you are supposed to treat Wiki as part of the game?
It's actually more Convoluted than "the town", where you at least get a streamlined schedule.
It's the sequel to The Town, so that's not surprising.
While the wiki is listed as "unofficial", since one of the discord mods is the sole person making it, it seems like you can consider it official anyways.The thing I like about Game Over is that, outside of some very specific cases, it's difficult to miss something, because all the characters and their events are connected to each other. So long as you make sure to get some specific events before continuing the primary plot, like Jar's events, you will have access to all the other events too. Unlike The Town where you had to do separate playthroughs to do each character's story.

True, if you play the game in one sitting, the game flow is actually quite good (That's where I got my first impression).It's the sequel to The Town, so that's not surprising.
The thing I like about Game Over is that, outside of some very specific cases, it's difficult to miss something, because all the characters and their events are connected to each other. So long as you make sure to get some specific events before continuing the primary plot, like Jar's events, you will have access to all the other events too. Unlike The Town where you had to do separate playthroughs to do each character's story.
It's just impossible when try to jump to specific scenes, or skip for specific character. Doubly so as an WIP game.
The Town on the other hand just has way too many hidden routes it's almost impossible without the guide.
Official guide or Not, Any game that "requires" 3rd party information to progress just reflects poor game design.
If not for the porn, I won't ever touch this type of game
And TBH I can't think of a clear solution, the whole development feels ... too messy.
Maybe it will clean itself up upon finish ... Tho not sure if that will happen, the Dev rarely complete a development circle.

I think i love these 4 meaty ass mother fuckers a bit too much.
Is there any game like this but has the player as the dominant one most of the time? This game is nice, and I do like it, but I also like being the one in control as well. If anyone knows of a game that is similar to this one, but the roles reversed, lmk

Small on Top and Lust Odyssey are the best ones for that imo. Lust For Adventure and Lustful Desires are really good too.

What do you mean by "like this"?
If you mean Extremely Kinky with tons of unusual Fetishes, but MC mainly Dominate, then there's none to my knowledge, and I think it will be very difficult to create such a game.
Why? In order to realise all these different "Extreme" Kinks yet still be consistent, MC needs to be on the receiving End - that doesn't sync well with "dominate".
A Dom MC can only initiate very limited type of interactions. That's also one reason why there are fewer Dom / Top focused game.
The closest option would be "Flexible Survivals", or maybe TiTs / CoC to a lesser extent.
If you only meant Fantastical Gay Game with Dom / Top MC, then just like the other guy mentioned.

There's one version you're missing in your list, which is the Early Viewing version, which is basically a one and a half or more month ahead version that gets released between the 8th and the 15th of every month, on average, which will then become the patreon version come the following month.

There's one difference from most other early access model (such as pirate husbands), There are QoL features locked behind Paid Version:
Gallery in all paid version.
In game cheats for Cheat version above.
Thus paid version will Never become the public version.
But no other contents are pay-walled (like some of other game does).
the first ones is a bit much, his before was way better. Just isnt my type and oddly drawn..
in cheat and upper tier you will be able to re-watching gameover scene that you have already seen also used cheat within from cheat tier
It's specifically the game over scenes, but it's the full scenes with text and all. You basically just get to replay them.
