That feature was pretty much removed. It used to be if a girl was your prisoner and you wanted to rush her into playability sooner you could just collar her, destroying her personality by force. That was removed because obviously it'd kill the writers and developers to have game content skipped like that - also more work to have a set of soft triggers for 'regular character speaks up here / mindbroken character says nothing'
It's arguable that keeping a girl prisoner and then fucking and torturing her until she submits to you is a form of brainwashing. The Stockholm kind if you know what I mean.

That's not why they removed the feature. NoMosh fully intended to make scenes and dialogue for the mindwiped girls aswell, but so few people mindwiped them that they decided devoting ressources to it wasn't worth it

so here is the thing..I tried to finish Doll's Love Quest but when I reached this part I'm stuck..No dialogue or anything they just stand there watching each other like it's some kind of competition (lol)
I'm assuming the girl stuck because of the three in front of her since it seem she's trying to approach me..but idk, I might be the only one having this issue tho..
I hope there's a solution for this..Thanks

There is better. From the top of my head. You can fuck a wife of some merchant as a reward for helping him. Also you can give it to certain politically powerful woman and then even tell her husband to help yourself expose here untrustworthines in a way(also steal their daughter).
Quick question, does sparing Evanie a raping during the Kellos Questline have any payoff yet, and if not yet, will it in the future? I know convincing Doralice rather than framing her has a later "reward" (if you framed her she humiliates you when she captures you, while if you convinced her she turns yandere on you and rapes you instead), hoping Evanie gets the same kind of payoff since you don't get anything as it stands by the end of the Evanie quest.

Seeing as her quest is missable I doubt it'd play as big a difference as the Doralice thing did.
Also doing the quest itself have an impact, it changes the enemies you fight in Go For The Throat, plus it also impacts the rewards you get at the end of said quest
