I know a lot of people are vocal about hating Octavia and being forced into the dom/sub position, but I thoroughly enjoy Octavia and her characterization. So please don't change her in that regard. She's a big reason why I'm playing this and I'd want a sex scene with her personally. I think the best approach is to give us the choice to opt out of the sub/dom scenes, as some have already suggested.

Yes. Octavia works great as a antagonist for a rebel/altruist Kevin who doesn't want to submit to her. But is still forced to work for her because she literally owns the place and the people inside and he won't be able to come back to his time without her permission.
And i suppose she should be really good for the ones who are also interested into the whole S&M play with her.
I found it really interesting the whole personality cult going around the citadel. How no one wants to leave because they worship their savior Octavia. Even Lin who is basically a sex pet or Cathy and her brother Jacob who almost got their father killed because Octavia didn't gave a shit about him when punishing Cathy. Despite that they still live in awe of everything she says and does.
That being said i found it quite interesting how Olga was willing to lie to President/Mistress Octavia about Kevin's escape attempt in exchange for a future favor from him. So there may be some cracks on this post apocaliptic society that can be explored.
This makes me wonder maybe the reason why the humans who colonized Luna, Mars and sent manned ships to extrasolar worlds don't let Phoenix corp to leave Earth. is because they fear who would happen if a society governed by a tyrant spread to the Solar system and beyond.

The fact that Male domination isn't listed is a red flag to me, normally male and female dom go hand in hand. When it's just femdom my concern is if it's gonna be a game where the mc is constantly getting humiliated like assassin's haven.

Dev is not going to take that away, Octavia is pretty much the main antagonist of the game so far.

of the entire episode, I was most annoyed by the Dean of the Phoenix Academy

I just downloaded the update, but reading the latest comments about the scene with Liu, I think I'll wait to play it, until the scene is remade. I would have no problem if Octavia was just dominant. In fact, she was my favorite LI. But she also likes BDSM and Liu is her slave. I want a loving dommy mommy, not a slave owner. lol
That being said, I am totally in favor of eventually (hopefully soon) we can have a really romantic relationship with Octavia. Thus, we will really all be happy. Those who don't want to get romantically involved with her, those who like the dom / sub stuff, and those who want purely romantic relationships. It causes me a lot of conflict that there always has to be a character who is exclusively dominant / submissive. And if you don't like this, you won't be able to "romance" that character.
So, as a fan of romance and milfs, I want to discover the human and sentimental side of Octavia.

It make sense for the current resident of the world but not when you're asking assistance & MC literally kidnapped to save the world, not there to be a sex slave. But heck, why am i bothering with world logic in a porn game. Go crazy, let the MC be a Schizophrenia thats goes i am weak ass sub and i am a brave soul to save the world next. While we are at it, make MC a Futa lover, gay and weak in everything he does and name the game "How NOT to fix the Future for Dummies".
The world building, art and flow is good. The fake game choices, amount of smut and Schizophrenia MC need some improvements. Good game & potentially a great game. Since it is only 0.2 , much can change and improve. KIV for now.
