The only thing she can see is that she's bigger she doesn't know that she is stronger than a normal person her size or that she's aggressive which she hasn't really been outside a couple of scenes. Women her size are rare and in game it says the possibility of meeting a futa is next to none so I don't see any reason to jump straight to she must be a futa and not even consider the possibility that she is using a strap-on if they didn't exist which would also explain why Alex says she can't grow a dick to make Sam her butt slut and turns to Jade for help instead of saying oh I should go buy a strap-on and fuck him in the ass then.

Statistically speaking, while we don't have the actual numbers for futa individuals (for good reason in lore), there are technically more futas in the game than there are women who are 6'5". We know of atleast three of them, two being alive still and we have yet to see anyone coming close to Jade's height, even amongst men. This again kind of furthers the idea of an initial impression leaning towards futa than not.
Moreover, this is what Maddison decides, what you and the rest of us don't know is if she has some fixation on futas. There very well could be a reason why that is her first idea other than Jade's stature, that being perhaps one of her relatives being a futa, or having a sexual or non-sexual fixation on futas.
I mean, this is a VERY strange hill to die upon, but you do you buddy.
If strap-ons exist there are 2 possibilities no way to 100% know that she has a dick unless you see it that is the point

The point I'm trying to make is that Maddison made her decision based on factors that we don't know, as I said, she could just be fixated on futas and she made her decision based on wishful thinking.
Or she did make the decision based on the fact that Jade is a jacked amazon of a human being and you don't come across that often with women, while also having the general populace constantly feeding people information about futas because they're perceived as "evil". I mean hell, this actually makes the most sense, if you've grown up constantly hearing about "big bad futas" and their defining characteristics, assuming Jade being one and not using a strap-on makes sense as Maddison doesn't know about Jade and Julias relationship or anything about them most likely.
You can't really insert real life logic in a fiction world in terms of their society and Maddison's decision, as their society seems permeated with carefully propagandized information against futas being blared everywhere so any child growing up within that will likely be more inclined to think that someone is a futa even if they lack information.

Not a crusade just pointing out two things that call into question whether strap-ons exist or not
It's funny and fun to see though how riled up you guys get when someone puts into question something about the game like when I asked if it was confirmed if Stella was a futa and everyone basically said I was stupid for not realizing something so obvious just for the developer to come along and say the evidence being pointed to was a visual glitch like I said it might be. You'd think you're the developers or this was real life

Fannie seems far more likely to be the kind of person to just black bag someone and murder them in the desert rather than "warn". She also already warned Jade once for just talking to Stella so I don't think it's her doing. If it is then she's far more benevolent than what she's been portrayed as thus far.

I don't because that would be creating a trail of bodies. First the victim of the murder investigation, then the cop investigating said crime and now the daughter of said cop after she started going around asking questions? That would be a big mess to clean up.
Also as you pointed out Fannie warned Jade after she just talked with Stella, so i don't see out of character for her to resort to violence here.
