I have the version before, the 2.2.3, that was my original question, is it fixed with the 2.3?
Was it really "broken" in v2.2.3 to begin with?
I don't think anything has been changed for v2.3 regarding mindbreak except for that:

Hello, i wonder how this is possible: Im a Archmage (S), Aristrocrat(S) and Dominant(A)... and yet i cant cast successfully Adverto Servili or any other spell on my fresh bought slave.... Her mind/will is to strong.
Any suggestions what i can do here Oo.

Same on proton GE. Check out OP there is link to "Linux version", requires some qt libs, since I run Arch btw and It doesn't have those things in repos (It has in AUR but it fails to build). I restored hat to fallback to other drive with M$.
I think i encountered a bug , every slaves i buy drops beauty once bought... exsample girl is on the market beautiful once bought she drops to pretty ... i checked anatomy but there seems to be everything in order?
Beauty shown at purchase is natural (baseline) beauty. Scars and physique can temporarily reduce it. Check anatomy tab.
after purchasing an unbranded slave, they get brand, count as a scar, if i'm not wrong

the game is broken. The assistant (cooking level S, has all the ingredients) prepares food from D- to S+. random.

If there is no surgery to be done then it will not show, you are at the Dr. office???

Can you share proof for investigation please? Screenshots that eliminate potential explanations and/or your save. Would be nice.
I updated the OP with the link to your post instead of the original that seems outdated for v2.3.

... Sometimes she cooks slop, something connoisseur luxury meal ...
The cooking logic is a bit random... sometimes (rarely) you roll poorly. That said, IIRC if she doesn't have energy or is unhappy she might make subpar food as well.
