I don't claim that mine is a better version (it's not as complete for one, I didn't add some characters that didn't have connection to anyone in particular yet), it just made more sense for me this way. I'm posting it here in case it's also helpful to others.

And I think the ranks for the pod4 members are wrong or not necessarly that right now. (Can Kwame be K4 right now? If yes I have missed something. And I think Jake and Zach are K3 by default?) Amara is also Dominiques personal torture toy.
There is the possible SecretSub connection between Alessandra and Angelica and Mia (for this I totally understand if you just dont want to add it, as it only exists on one route).
Also from newest update 8.3.1 Liam and Gemini are missing, both new characters that might be very important in the future and have connections to other characters.
