The setup of the game is that Karryn's already got a love interest outside the prison that she's saving herself for, so any and every sex act within the prison is her falling into depravity and becoming more and more of a slut because she's choosing lust over love each time it happens. That's why there's a literal "Slut" stat that raises as you deal with sexual attacks.

You're also not going to find many corruption games where the subject doesn't become sex addicted or a slut, that's the whole context of that genre and tag to begin with.

I actually discovered an accidental way to do that.

If you download and install this mod:

Then play with the H cups instead of the K cups, it currently doesn't give you the outfit it just removes the hat. Although I haven't done much other than walk around I am just experimenting with how the mods interact with the new cup size. The mod itself with the K cups has no hat as well, if you like the outfit.
