For the kitchen and night time bedroom Adrianna parts, I had this issue in v0.6 as well (at least I believe it was v0.6 as I haven't looked at the game again until now). So if it is a bug, it is an old one. But since no one here seems to have had the same issues its more likely that I am missing a crucial trigger of some sort.
