i don't know how many versions there are i remember i had one where i had quite a few sylvie sounds even in sex, or thanking, the doctor had a dialogue as well as ferrum and even a cg video. does anybody have the full save of version 4 with all the scenes already

4.0 has a quick start feature. 3.0.22 has a voice mod installed, don't think it affects the doctor or Ferrum though. It also has a animated version of Sylvie's first time scene. 4.0.6 only has a WIP translation right now, no mods like those.

Save files don't work between the X.0 versions of the game, but they go in with the .exe you start the game with.

You probably have the stats for all the clothes, there isn't that much in the night shop. The apron was one of the things cut from 4.0, for more clothes and smother play I would say currently 3.0.22 was the version you should have got instead.

4.0 does have some interesting new features. But it also has a few things cut out and the different Sylvie art, which could be good or bad depending on your option. Also there's only the WIP translation so I would say play 3.0.22 for now.

It changed the way clothes work, and added a position for the interactive sex. But also cut somethings, 3.0 did the same but the translation patch added them back in. Look here for links to the changelog and description.

If you downloaded 3.0.22 it might have the readme folders, lists and things are in those. The list of regular names is also here and the mod packs here, don't think I've seen any you know what names.

Not around here or that I've seen. If you want the decensor, and the version of the game has them (so not 4.0.6) you could just switch out the images instead of .
