If you mean the 3.0.22 in the opening post, and how to make Sylvie recover you don't make medicine. You have to have made the right choices earlier and spent (most) of the free time head patting and talking.

in some translations medicines are the booster drugs, i kind of remember mc producing medications when actively working with sylvie, too.
so i cant interact with her body at all for some reason.
like, i bring my pointer to her head, and click and i cant pat her through that.
whats going on?

With the newer versions you can't do it that way at the start of the game, when you can the arrow over the interactive parts will become a hand.

I always use the menu button (or the quick start with 4.0) to speed through the intro section now. It might be earlier for just the head pat, but once your into the main flow of the game it should be unlocked.

go to the forest with sylvie, pick up flowers, blue for normal and pink for aphrodisiac. then just use the option on the menu.

flower picking in the forest and putting in the tea i guess. i dont know nor remember if charming added options to concentrate their effect into actual pills.

Monster or damaged regular girls are the developers main thing... And iDOLM@STER. There's that version of 3.0.19 with the edited art, otherwise no.
Is there a reason why the game takes up 2.15 GB? Last time i downloaded the game it was around 600 mb
