There is a compressed version for the mac linked on the OP.
Worked like a champ for me.

I built my own Mac version with the Ren'Py SDK. There's a text file in the "game" folder - script_version.txt - that tells you what version of Ren'Py was used, use the same one and you should be good.
Building is easy: unzip the PC version in your Downloads folder, open the Ren'Py SDK, select the game, select "Build", deselect PC (you already have that one) and go.
I do this for a lot of Ren'Py games that have no Mac version. Had a couple of games not work properly after building the Mac version, just copied over the "game" folder from the PC version after building and all was good.
I think you can also just run the game from within the Ren'Py SDK. Same advice of using the version indicated in script_version.txt goes. You can probably also use a newer version of the SDK but I don't like to take chances.

Also, the story was amazing. That scene with Becca and Lilith in the elevator was brutal, but so good. What a great story!
Ok, I loved this side story. It was beautifully written and you get a lot of insight into Lillith's mind. In particular I enjoyed Becca and Lillith's ride home, and Lillith's acceptence of Frank as her Dad.
To those crying about the sex scenes with Lillith and her ex boyfriend... Man the F**/ UP. She isn't a nun. A game with a woman with a high sex drive as the main character is going to feature scenes where she has sex with someone. Oh, and she is nothing like her mother, beyond appearance. Both cheated, its true. One however turned into a vengeful bitch that destroyed the family and stooped so low as to make false sexual allegations about the person she cheated on to a judge. The other regretted it immediately and confessed the truth to her then boyfriend the next morning, then waited months between dating him and getting another boyfriend.

Might be before your time (I'm old) but the Roxy character in Basic instinct was a proper rival to the MC in that movie for the affection of the Sharon stone character. There were no love lost between the two of them.
I was expecting a short side-story that didn't really contribute much to the main story, but this was so much more. Great seeing Lily's perspective on everything, including tidbits of extra info we don't get from the main game. Also loved see the submissive side of Lily

I mean it starts a bit before Single Again. Then has some time jumps that show important events for Lilli and then ends where 0.12 starts. In 0.12 you also get a message when to play it, which is quite handy.

Would have been interesting to have seen her reaction/thoughts to the news about her mother cheating and the pending divorce. Also her visit to the Judge with Becca, but I guess that could be in Becca's stand alone chapter.

Most people are mono, so that would indeed be a no. But some might that is why communication with your partner is important. As it's not cheating if all parties consent to things happening. It's why you should not bring some random girl home and say. Suprise!, I brought the blond bitch you hate with a passion for a threesome.

No even interested stick to the main game I do not care to even see her with that pos ex. you could have easily included some of this content into the main game without the pos ex instead of wasting time on this.
Yeah but this side story showed how Lily came around to seeing MC as "Daddy." It's actually a big part, and there's lots of additional content not included in the main game.
