here is my unofficial android port of Lily of the Valley v1.0 fix3.

• You must be registered to see the links

the <esc> key and therefore opening the game menu is emulated with tapping with 2 fingers on the screen. also the textbox is toggleable with a double-tap.
you have now up to 4 icons bottom right to open the phone (when available), to toggle the walking animations, to toggle the stats display and to switch movement speed. instead of directional keys touch the respective screen area in the walking animations.

You have to put the new red skirt and then go to the library .

save files are stored locally and you can backup, delete or do whatever you want with them.

Use my saves.Search my post above with the saves and use that.You bassically have access to all the scenes in the game in order.

Not really.I did the library route with the V dress only,even the third scene.You are not tied to that option,to change,in order to progress further.
