Never add mandatory cuckold scenes in male mc game, unless you want game to be based around it. Optional scenes are ok, though they still divide fan base a lot, though it's a wider fetish problem.

In regards to the tag you should do the same as the dev of Timestamps did ask a mod to tag the game for NTR and add (optional) NTR in the Genre part.
On a further note if you are bent on keeping the NTR scenes as they are i think you should make them accessible only after let's say day 15 it's kind of unrealistic for the sister to be ok to start deepthroating and geting fuckd in the ass by the emissary after knowing him for only 4-6 days if her claims of not being a slut are true.

This is good feedback, and I agree. Day 15 might be stretching it since I want this to happen relatively early, but I should at least give them a week or so of negotiations first. Remember, Thaddeus is a confident bastard.

Thaddeus isn't a porn game protagonist so there's no need to have him go trough some progression system where it takes years of waiting until the sex finally happens.
Having sex with a rich attractive alpha male on a regular basis makes it a stable relationship rather than her being a slut. Also since feces don't exist in this universe and it makes more sense to have anal or oral sex, no risk of pregnancy.

With regards to NTR, it's not a central part of the game nor something Belle has focused on or ever brought up, it's just something that can happen if you go a certain route.
Other people have explained this far better than I can but the reason some of us dislike NTR is, unlike other kinks and fetish, once NTR has happened that's no longer your girl, she's "tainted" for want of a better word.
As someone who has spoken his mind more than once about NTR and my dislike for it both here and on other threads I will have to agree with Belle that adding that tag would be detrimental to the game and unfair to both her and her game.
It's pretty well documented how much I hate NTR but it's one small part that harms the actual romance path which I have to admit I can live with.
The biggest problem with NTR is it causes a divide. While NTR fans can enjoy non NTR content, those of us that hate NTR can't enjoy NTR content
No dev will ever be able to please everyone but no dev should let their story be pushed out of their control by players wanting their "interests" added.
This is a subject none of us are ever going to agree on. Some of us will always hate and some will enjoy it, it's one of those kinks that has no middle ground.

The final game will only have 30 days though, so Belle can't really delay it too long. Besides, while you can say that she wouldn't be willing to fuck Thaddeus after only 15 days considering her feeling for the MC, I can also see him trying to get in her pants quite early considering his confidence. And ultimately she wants to please him for the negotiations.

Not quite true. The game is likely going to have more than that, but I haven't decided upon a final number. It'll depend on how the rest of the game's content shapes up. Right now I'm eyeing something between 40 and 60 days.

That is one option, but the more likely one right now is that her arrival happens later. The game is pretty vague about her arrival date, and I will adjust in-game text as the future gets clearer.
