Charisma is gained by getting each potential LI to the point where they would enter into a relationship with you if you chose to ask them, I believe. So it's basically reading that one book in the library, and completing each girl's storyline.

This game goes same vibes with peasant quest but this more intense and need to be sharp guessing tha clues and secrets

This game is broken. If you progress one story too far it cuts off another.
Pro tip. Stop making shit so grindy. Leave that to Sad Crab
