EDIT: it was a sketchy popup from anonfiles that downloaded the separate file, but giving it the same name as the intended download. Pretty shady shit, but I should've paid closer attention. Really don't like that they do that.
Downlad the file from anonfiles and that's all. That file has the size of 3,49gb. So i don't really understand your confusion. The update only is for getting the v.0.32 to v.0.33 , so if you want download only the full comprssion the anonfiles download is all you need.

One of the characters that Max has a relationship is pregnant when he meets her. I believe that's actually it, to this point. I've been hoping that eventually, Max gets to knock up a few of the girls.

A tiny bit of dialogue from Nicole and Rita both kind of tease eventual pregnancy maybe? I know a long time ago the dev mentioned somewhere on this thread that pregnancy will be eventual end game content, I hope that's still the plan.
