when does the option to invite the roommate to the photoshoot happen, I've talked to her in her room in the morning at at night, talked to her in her office and in the kitchen but don't have the option to invite her to the shoot

So I've just enrolled in collage and now I don't know if there's any more content. Whenever I go to the gym at night I talk to the secretary who tells me to bring Jenna? How do I do that?
Edit: It was a bug. When I talked to the librarian about collage traditions she didn't tell me Barbara was looking for me
