So... downloaded from Nopy, file name is OffTheRecord_0.4_pc.zip, contains folder named OffTheRecord-0.3.3-pcm, exe file date is 05/23, I start the game, it says v 0.3.3 in the corner.

Yeah, it's Ep4pt1, which I versioned as v0.3.3 in RenPy. Dunno why someone else called it v0.4, but I changed it in the OP as well.

there's a scene with eva in this episode from what i can gather (at least i think its her XD) in the gallery
does anyone know how i can get there?

The scene is not with her. But to get it you should:
1) not tell your name to the hobo in ep2
2) have sex with Crystal in the backroom in ep3

There's some lewd content in this update, but no actual sex scenes.

I'm finding this game interesting. Although I found Trixie to be hideously ugly. And I hated that the MC took threats to his family and friends without a word, I mean that was pathetic. I was hoping for an option such as "No! You can threaten me all you want, but if you threaten my family and friends, you can call the cops right now. No, better yet, I'll call them." (I forget what his family situation is. If its negative or doesn't excist, then remove family and just put friends in). I prefer a MC with a bit more testicular fortitude, lol
