5.6GB for a 0.2 version is a lot, even with over average content ... My guess is that you are using *.png´s for your pictures ... if yes, please consider to use (lossless) *.jpg/*.webp ... it helps us all inclusive yourself ... less time to upload for you and less time to download for us
It helps also guys who have a limited or poor bandwith

But other than that ... I like that you are so devoted to your game. It seems to be a lot of content ^^

So I been seeing these compression uploads around but end up not downloading them since they always say that they lower the quality of the images videos ect. and the normal downloads most of the time is only around 2GB. But this normal download here is so big I just want to know how bad the quality ends up being for these compressed uploads is it even noticeable?

Yeah, the quality suffers mostly if compressed - these are mostly for low bandwith/crappy I-net speed guys. Depends who compresses ^^ You can/should expect sometimes 75% quality - if you like the game and want full quality you can download the "original" after seeing the compessed version
Only a few compressors dont lower the quality to much (almost not noticable) - just using standart jpg/webp with 90%.

So I never finished all everything once it hits sandbox mode, I hit bugs that caused infinite loops and navigation errors that dissuaded me from playing further. I heard there was a cowgirl somewhere, but haven't the slightest clue how to get there and not interested in wandering around aimlessly. How does the new update content start? Am I still wondering around aimlessly with no guide talking to random people hoping to avoid navigation bugs, or is it pretty straightforward to continue the story?

I think I found a bug:

If you go with the elf girl onto the mission and if you visit the Six Cat Inn on the first day 2 or 3 times to chat/have fun with Mina, the option to "Finish the Day" disappears. Then you are stuck with 3 remaining options: Alley - yes / no, Six Cat Inn - fun / leave & Fortress - send away. Without any possibility to go further with the mission or leave the place at all.

How to get back to the camp/tavern? Have come here with elf girl. Chose all variations and can't came back to the camp. Just repeating all options. This game really need a button "Back" or something the same. Also a problem when you came to Old man. There the only way is to go to the vendor-guy, choose to help him, then decline and finally you are free to explore more
