Bit of an odd question, but if the dev is going out of their way to include a futa potion and make scenes with potential pregnancy and saucy whatnot for the MC-- why not make it a permanent thing and not just a temporary bit?
..Although that'd make a lot of rerenders for any detail down below, come to think of it, which is a special slice of hell. Not gonna lie, actual futanari (i.e. both glorious bits being used to great sticky effect) is all kinds of my jam, so I'm hardly impartial.
That aside, loving the general jab and gist of the story so far. The glorious greenskins rarely have a time to shine, and if they do it's usually angry dur smash rape machines, so it's nice to have a narrative angle fleshed (hur, hur) out a bit. Good on you, dev! Makes for a unique setting with plenty of potential, and the fact the MC can opt to be Orc Stronk or something of a hedonistic charismatic leader dialog wise is a nice bonus.
Speaking of options, will there be more chances to be a switch hitter-- i.e. get plowed now and then by other wielders of the proverbial D-- or is this primarily slated to be a alpha harem sorta deal?
Looking forward to further, uh, growth as our Orc proves to be stiff competion for the challenges ahead-- but likely has the situation well in hand.
