Make the game how you want it and to hell with the people that think they get to dictate how you make your game. They are too chicken-shit to make their own game and I highly suspect that they don't support the game financially.
So just let their REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEs fall on deaf ears and the rest of us will look forward to more updates and hope for a great recovery for your dad!
Here's hoping life starts to ease up on you a bit in the near future and you get some more relaxing time to work on this fun passion project. Hope your father's surgery went well also. I havent played the last few updates, but I did enjoy the original chunk that I went through and will be looking forward to getting back into this game once I feel there's a sizable enough chunk of content to delve into. I've been working 80+ hours, am in a fair amount of pain due to rolling my ankle hard enough that I've probably popped ligaments, and work my ass off on this game only for people to come into the thread and endlessly pop off objectively rude shit or constantly rag on the same points for the hundredth time. Suffice it to say, my patience is wearing a bit thin as of late, so my responses are going to be a bit more spiced. I apologize for my short temper as of late. It is uncharacteristic of me but I feel I'm warranted the right to be human and be subject to my emotions from time to time.I haven't been super active in the thread, but I'm a little surprised about the hostile tone because someone else has different preferences than you, if I understood correctly? Don't forget it's an open forum so many people who feel similarly to who you responded to—including the ones who'd never say anything (lurkers) or would use more civil wording when stating their preferences—are also under fire with your response. I'm not trying to tone police by any means, but I just wanted to express my surprise as I've seen you be very chill and civil otherwise.

To my understanding, I would enjoy a large majority of the game. A very small portion (lesbian, lesbian cucking), as I understand the current plans of implementation, would potentially ruin the entire experience for some, unfortunately myself included. I don't think developers should change their game into something it isn't because of feedback from players, but in some cases like here I think it truly makes sense to give the power to the player as both things have the potential to exist.
To re-iterate a last time: naturally, anything you do with your game is your choice. I just wanted to throw my 5 cents in, as a fellow developer, and perhaps offer the different perspective in a more easy-to-understand manner. Cheers.

To address your response regarding the definition of cucking:
There's both willing and unwilling cuckolds, although I believe the original definition required it to be willing. It gets a bit muddy when you start talking porn. I don't think the exact definition is that important though. All that's really important here is that the player would be a non-participant; they're watching. Replace Orra with a man or her partner in the situation with a man and think about the situation again, hopefully that makes it clearer what others would see it as when not into woman x woman.
A more complex thing here, is that although you can write the character to love it, you do not overwrite the feelings of the player who may be feeling very differently because they were put in that situation. I'm aware the immediate thought may be it's literally impossible for you to account for that always or even give a shit—I know. It goes back to blabla player choice, I'm sure it gets tiring to hear me be verbose about that

I agree with you on this except for basing it on "MC/Player being a non-participant." Like I said above, I feel the better thing to base the definition on is if it's a 3rd party being involved. So long as it's all 1st party and "in-house", then it's not cucking, it's just a wannabe 3some.
It's also a lot easier to determine cucking if you look at the intent. An intent to steal/demean/humiliate/or other negative emotions is part of the appeal of cucking. Cucks and the affiliated parties want THAT specific thing.
Two girls putting on a show for you and getting really into it or having some fun on their own completely unrelated to MC isn't cucking. The intent is to provide/please/excite/arouse/ or in the second scenario, to have a good time with each other.
Lastly, you're right. I can't overwrite the players ability to enjoy/hate things. All I can do is shut down the haters and tell 'em to move on. Sometimes I do that a bit more aggressively than I probably should.
Futa/trans is still planned. I specifically said that MC will be the only dick in the group. As in the core group of girls. There won't be any futa/trans fucking any of the core girls. Futa/Trans will be optional/avoidable content.

While I don't felt the overall tone to be hostile, I completely get where you're coming from. I, too, am not fond of my personal preferences be slandered – by having people call polyamory 'getting cucked', for instance. Given the fact that the nature of this particular harem has been know for quite some time now, the assumption of poly-lovers making up the majority of lurkers is equally as valid as yours, rendering any discussion about whom is put 'under fire' by whom rather moot.
You do provide valid criticism regarding player choice, but the developer has been very up front about not being able to provide much of it. In case of the main girls, choices will boil down to transformation content only. See the developer faq for more information.
I enjoyed the game so far, but the update numbers messed me up. I didn't read the changes, so I played it, got to the end, and was that it, then looked at the changelog lol.

Thank you for the support guys! I know I can just ignore them, but I don't feel that that's an appropriate behavior for a dev. Technically all feedback is good feedback to a degree. Sometimes you gatta sift through a bucket of crap to get the diamond in the rough xD. I feel it's better that I respond to comments, even if they are negative to dissuade them or rectify them to some degree. Might not always play out the best, but I'd rather a dev that communicates no matter what, than a dev that clams up when the going gets tough.

That's not really a fair comparison though and when you factor in the man-hours to make skyrim, in a way highlights Tyrranus' point. Which is how much work it takes to make a "good sandbox". IMO most sandboxes end up either being a grindfest (monday 2pm living room talk 5 times to get enough points and have "X" amount of dollars), pointless (click the arrows in bedroom>upstairs hallway>living room>kitchen>to world map and only be able to do one event) or the one I think would detract from the experience of this one, the individual character's stories tend to feel disconnected. One of the things that struck me about this one was the "comfiness" of the story as a whole and in how the characters interact with each other. It's not difficult to imagine that if there has to be checks on relationship levels/quest stages with multiple characters in a scene or what scenes happened in which order, some of that feeling of their interactions could be lost or at least diluted.
Getting a bit off the rails guys lol.
As for whether or not the game will be going sandbox, I've yet to decide one way or the other. I will say though, that if I do, I'll be very careful about it to ensure that it doesn't become a convoluted mess. I'm not the strongest fan of sandbox games either and I know that there is a happy medium to be struck.
I'd basically be looking at a sandbox hybridization to help pad out content and slow users down a little bit, rather than just having them steamroll through the main content instantly. Nothing that would be super crucial to progression but more stuff that people can feel like there's some sense of freedom to run around. Shag the cute girl at the theaters or take the girls to the beach and endlessly headpat Sylvie. Just fun little side content like that could be repeatable on demand for those interested in it.
