In the game's folder with the exe, open the
game/ folder and paste the patch.renpy file from in the patch there.

yes, you drop in /game folder as always and everything with renpy games as in "Parental Love\game"
that does enable loli content tho, so make sure you want it, no complaining after

Did you notice anything? If not, I will tell you in detail. As you know, at the end of the game all the girls gave birth to 22 girls and 1 son, besides the wife of the main character was pregnant and had to give birth. It turns out that this is a hint of the game 23 sisters.
