How do you get 2nd Chris scene? I have 1st and 3rd, but in the 2nd zone the option to talk about "report" is greyed out. I assume I need to find/do something in the zone first, but I scoured it quite throughly.
EDIT: Also, does 3rd zone not have an equivalent for the "path" that uses the boss curses like the previous two zones?

Thank you for commenting on this! Proton performance is terrible in the RPGM engine, so I'm happy to switch.

It seems there is no path using the boss curses because those curses are meant to lower boss attack for us to beat it more easily.
Tried it. The game goes a smidge further on joiplay but still ends up crashing and closing out
that is Henry, he is a ghost, he needs action too. Give him a break.
You probably could have gotten out using the recollection room. I've noticed using it causes you to "noclip" pretty easily. The effect then resets after sleeping.

go all the way to the right of the map (where the broken map is), to the right there is a teleportation device, go into the red circle and talk to Chris afterwards.
I recommend being trapped in the top grapple state, then using your skills to slowly chip away there. Tentacles deals minimal damage when grappling, and your attacks from skills in that state doesn't fail.
