Yea... I don't know about this game. I really thought it had A LOT of potential!

But at this end of the day the story just feels stretched, like butter scraped over too much bread.. Maybe the Main character was TOO powerful for this story. A bit too Mary-Sue-ish imo. The stats and most powers... matters so little once you get them.

Oh! I remember it's only a sex game so what did I expect  But then again.. how many sex scenes per episode? not that many... So even for a sex game... *sigh*

I know what I will do: 7/10 :WeSmart:
(I swear I don't work for IGN)

So that's it?
MC makes Sharon the #2 in the vampire hierarchy and solidifies his position as #1 henchman. He agrees to offering annual sacrifices to appease the elder and game over

I was thinking of replaying due to a very buggy first time around but if the above sums it up.....I'm done.

As I've written in my review, this VN is a kinetic novel with bells and whistles to mask it (stats, powers). Even killing Astrid or not doesn't matter. The other endings/bad choices are just GAME OVER screens, which I don't count.

You mean that you know that they are alive? Like, sure, you see them escape in a taxi or w/e, but after that you never get to talk to them again. And as the game ends, you don't even know whether they are alive or not. Funny how the hunter girl (forgot her name already) is all like we have to get my brother back, we have to check on him... By the end of the game, you definitely have the resources to do that, also Sharon SHOULD give a fuck about Astrid considering she is supposed to still care about her (or maybe not, who knows really...). And you know what? Nothing, they don't even get mentioned. Feels like everyone, who is still part of the story by the end of this VN conveniently forgets basically everything that happened up until that point. Because you know who doesn't care at the end of the story? The author doesn't care. And that's why this story/VN ended the way it did. At least it got some sort of an ending, I guess. :poop:

forget this game. go play "The List" instead.
I really liked this game at the start, but the story and cast went down hill pretty fast. And the ending sucked.

I think the story just got to be too much for the developer and the developer lost interest and just wanted it to be over.

peace

hunter girl is carmen.

astrid was just sharon's prisoner not princep's etc prisoner and at that time they had more pressing matters and now that the have more resources and time why would they care on some vampire on loose?

yes this could been better but alas no.

Usual gestures, save name/delete, seethru textbox, resizeable game and dialogue text.
Scrollable textbox - no more text off the bottom of your screen
Alternative persistent saves/log location
Grant storage permissions on first run!

Now all end of episode saves will be imported by the next episode.
Updated my Android port to Ep5 V1, added AIO port - no WT yet.

I've read several pages back but see no mention of this. Maybe I didn't read back far enough, but...

How is it that the all-in-one download is so small, at 2.91 GB, when the stand-alone version 5 was over 4.5 GB?

Is the stand-alone a compressed version? Other reason?

(And I see KoGa3's build is even smaller, at 1.02 GB, but he did label it as a compressed version.)

It's compressed. I think to remember in a dev post that an uncompressed version would be ~20GB and only be posted as a torrent link because of the big size.

The all-in-one version is strictly for compression. There is no new content whatsoever in it.

well didn't read carefully enuf since it was discussed yesterday or day before.

all-in-one would be over 20 gigs dl so dev made compressed version with some optimizing and koga compressed with harder hand so size dropped more, could have dropped it to smaller size but quality would have dropped too much.
