Here we go, version 0.23. Memories are unlocked as you play through them (I believe there should be no need to replay them again if you move your saves and environment.evs file to a folder containing new version). Gallery containing some images from side events gets unlocked after you beat last chapter (this one needs to be beaten again for those who completed current content).

Mega

I changed chapter 30 to make it more manageable, fixed switch in chapter 5 related to shop (I thought it was a paranoia, but now I'm certain, SRPG Studio from time to time just erases some switches and triggers I set up), and added some more gold to chapters between ~5 and ~15.

Another big change - for now, I've disabled real battle. I know some folks prefer to see those animations, but until I deal with the bugs related to it, I'd rather not risk any corruptions.
Just wanted to confirm that having ported over my data from the previous version that the memory section on the main menu has now appeared with all previously seen scenes present. Thanks for the prompt fix.

*Edit* The sex and corruption scenes repeating once after being seen however does still seem to be in, at least the most annoying of the bugs was sorted so I would still say its a net win.

you'll get a new store after Ch. 18. take note that in order to access it, you need too read the side story in Ch. 18 (found in "support" before starting a battle scenario). It is important to read it, and all of it in every mission. it's about the pink-haired Halfling saying that she'll open a new store for you through her associate.

And yeh, don't use your mages too much on battle scenarios. they are used mostly on bosses, really tanky enemies or "paper" enemies but deal heavy damage but are melee fighters (they usually attack more than once and and crit most of the time like "swordsman"). you can only buy tomes in shops on battle maps. (Buy most of them or buy them all) or get them from enemies as loot (if you see an enemy with his/her item high-lighted "green". you can get it from them when you kill them). and too lvl up your mages easier but save your usage of tomes. use them as a last hit on enemies, specially enemies that belong to advance class and higher lvls (better EXP).

Also a word of advise, Gold is a bit scares and those items aren't cheap (400g+). I recommend sticking to the 100g weapons as much as possible. (as the lvl of your units goes higher or evolved them too "advance class", even "trashy" weapons like those deal moderate-high dmg in the end) Buy it only if you truly need it, have more G's to spare or want them for your favorite characters. Good Luck!
Thanks for the advice, managed to get the third store unlocked now and from what I've been reading the second store is indeed bugged, I thought it was strange because I did all support conversations and it didn't show. Sucks to know that the casters aren't supposed to be used often, my Millicent has been promoted already... Btw dev, it seems that we need to play chapter 5 to unlock the second store? It didn't unlock on my save at chapter 20 that I transferred from version 0.22.

Yes, now to open a store you need to have a save in mission 5, conduct a support dialogue and complete the mission, it's a pity that the developer did not make it possible to open the store after mission 5 for those who have already passed Chapter 5.
As I understand the game is almost over? Earlier I saw reports that the game will only have 60 chapters, right?

Is it possible to grind in this game or do you just keep jumping from one fight to another? I'm not very far in, just reached the first opportunity to use the shop. I don't see any free-roam/ability to do random fights though. I'm the kind of person that likes to spend a few hours just grinding to make future fights a bit easier.

You can grind the characteristics by save / load, and on the first map there is a temple that can be searched several times for additional gold.

Unfortunately no, there's no way to grind in this game, the best you can do is save scumming to get better level ups. There's the bonus xp shop in the base too that you can use between fights.

Yeh, and i know what you mean. all that progress. poof. but it's more or less fine if you know what to do. there are other maps where enemies continuously spawn, if you can place your units right, you'll can easily farm EXP. It is a strategy game afterall.

Don't want to be that guy but I realized it would be wise to ask: Who does the fucking?

I'm at chapter 4 and it seems like I'm against a proper blitzkrieg. Did Rommel come back from the dead? Damn.

Hi, great game, although I didn't expect that it would be 8h+ of gameplay-introduction with no-porn content. And even with the cheat mode, winning many scenarios (that depend on the survival of other units controled by the IA) was not so easy. The thing is that I am alredy super tired of playing battles, so I would appreciate if someone could drop a complete savegame to unlock all the gallery scenes, thank you!

Unfortunately, because of how engine handles gallery, it's impossible to unlock scenes by simply copying savefiles, you have to play through scenes first. There's an option to skip straight to part 2 (when porn starts) as of current version.
